REPRESENTATIVE OF PEKOS IN NIVNICE

In October, we welcomed a representative of our important partner PEKOS VALVES at our headquarters in Nivnice. Mr. Lukas Ackermann prepared a training session on the new developments in the ball valve production program and we discussed the details of our mutual cooperation.

VYC - THERMAL INSULATION OF FITTINGS

The use of thermal insulation is both an investment and an easy-to-apply, quick and highly beneficial cost-saving and environmental protection measure with an immediate payback period. Steam systems in industry have an average operating temperature of 150°C, which means significant energy losses due to heat transfer, leading to increased operating costs. VYC industrial offers Type 008 thermal and acoustic insulation jacketing, which can be used to quickly and easily insulate any valve on the market. The jackets are custom made and are installed with Velcro tightening strips that allow easy installation and access to the valve when needed. Not only do the shrouds reduce valve heat loss by up to 90%, they also provide sound insulation and protect valves from the weather, preventing premature wear on external components.

REALIZED PROJECTS

DISPATCH OF ASSEMBLIES FOR THE ENERGY INDUSTRY

After successful operational tests, pressure and functional tests, electro-pneumatic butterfly valve assemblies with DN1200 and DN800 sizes in pressure classes PN16/25 were packed and shipped. The valves for the "Kyzylorda Natural Gas Combined Heat Power Plant" project will be installed in the following year.

TTV CENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVES WITH AUMA ELECTRIC ACTUATORS

The installation, set-up and dispatch of the electrically operated assemblies for our customer in the water industry took place in several phases. After a successful output inspection and test, we shipped the TTV centric soft-seal butterfly valve assemblies with AUMA electric actuators.
