OMAL H2 INVICTUS

Introducing the new INVICTUS high pressure ball valve, extending the OMAL range of valves suitable for use with H2 Series hydrogen. Hydrogen is the cleanest fuel in terms of energy content, but is highly explosive when mixed with air and therefore specific safety rules must be observed in hydrogen pipelines. INVICTUS taps comply with ISO 19880-3, which specifies the requirements and test methods for the safety properties of high-pressure gas valves used in hydrogen stations with designations up to H70. The taps are available in threaded versions in DN8-DN25 and pressure class PN700.

LOW PRESSURE RUPTURE DISCS RC

Are you looking for a rupture disk solution to protect your low pressure equipment or to ensure that the pressure in your equipment does not exceed 0.5 bar so that it is not covered by the European Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU)? BS&B has expanded the capabilities of the STA-SAF range to include RC reverse low pressure rupture disks. The diaphragms are available in DN50 to DN800 sizes with a rupture range from 0.048 bar.

ADVANTAGES

- mounting directly between pipe flanges without bracket
-  integrated seals on both sides
- operating factor of 95% minimum burst pressure
- resistant to negative pressure
- bursting without fragmentation
- suitable for cyclic operation
- recommended for isolation of safety valves
- Available with "CE" marking for pressures above 0.5 bar

REALIZED PROJECTS

PROJECT CHS35 NERO - COOLING

October shipment of electrically operated VALO ball valves in threaded stainless steel with PSQ electric actuators. The valves will be used in liquid ammonia distribution systems. Therefore, the standard VL521 ball valves have undergone the necessary modification to suit this application - change of the packing and modification of the ball to a unidirectional design. Drilling of the ball is necessary for ammonia due to the accumulation and subsequent expansion of ammonia from the internal space.

ECCENTRIC CONTROL VALVES BRAY

Setup and tests of pneumatically operated 2-eccentric BRAY flanged butterfly valves for users in Poland. The valves were fitted with AIRTORQUE pneumatic actuators and DVC positioners to ensure precise control of the operating medium by a continuous 4 20 mA or 0-10V signal. After successful testing and adjustment, the valves will be used to regulate high pressure steam distribution systems.
