ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

In January this year, our company VALVE CONTROL, s.r.o. successfully passed a surveillance audit of the international network of certification bodies IQNET for certification of management systems, during which it was proven that it continues to meet all the requirements of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.

VYC INDUSTRIAL - NORMALIZING THE MANUFACTURING OF LARGE SAFETY VALVES

In 2007, VYC achieved an industry milestone by developing the DN-200 x 300 series of safety valves. Continuous advancements in design, engineering and manufacturing have made it possible to standardize the production of large safety valves, expanding the safety valve product line to DN-400 x 500. Standardising the production of large safety valves allows us to provide a more efficient and flexible service with unrivalled lead times.

REALIZED PROJECTS

TTV MANUAL BUTTERFLY VALVES WITH END POSITION SENSORS 

Supply of TTV butterfly valves equipped with NBN4-F25-E8-V1 end position sensors and BT32 indicator from Pepperl+Fuchs. This combination together with a special bracket ensures accurate detection of the valve position and contributes to safer and more efficient operation. The ability to sense valve position even when manually operated allows operators to get feedback even in situations where manual intervention is required - for example, during maintenance or testing.

ASSEMBLY OF PNEUMATIC BALL VALVES WITH CERAMIC LINING

Realization of the order of ball valves with ceramic lining and ball with V-port, equipped with OMAL pneumatic actuators and VT-1000R positioners. Ceramic ball valves are mainly used in environments with extreme requirements for durability. The ceramic lining and ceramic ball significantly reduce the risk of abrasion and corrosion, thereby extending the life of the valve compared to conventional metal variants. This type of valve is ideal for operations handling aggressive chemicals, abrasive slurries or high temperature media. Due to the extremely hard surface, wear and tear is minimized and thus the need for maintenance.

PROJECT ØRSTED

Successful installation, testing and dispatch of pneumatic butterfly valves from DN500 to DN1000 for the Ørsted project for the construction and modernisation of energy production facilities. The delivery was carried out in accordance with strict technical specifications and deadlines, underlining our expertise in supplying butterfly valves for complex and technologically demanding projects.
