VENTEX PASSIVE EXPLOSION-PROOF VALVE

VENTEX® ESI as a passive explosion-proof valve with a proven track record of operational reliability acts as an effective safety against pressure and flames resulting from internal system explosion. ACHEMA 2022

The ACHEMA trade fair in Frankfurt, Germany, has been bringing together the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries for more than 100 years. It takes place every three years. In the wake of the Covid19 pandemic, the event had to be postponed for the first time ever by one year to the unusual summer date of 22-26 August 2022. In addition to presenting technical innovations, the most important trade fair of its kind also offers an ideal opportunity to meet business partners from all over the world in one place. VALVE CONTROL representatives attend regularly.

REALIZED PROJECTS

AIRTORQUE PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS

At the beginning of August we finished work on the Heavy-Duty pneumatic actuators AIRTORQUE AT-HD with manual hydraulic control. The pneumatic actuators will be mounted on the customer's safety shut-off ball valves in size and pressure class DN450/PN100.

VALO BALL VALVES WITH LIMIT SWITCHES

Project for a Slovak customer completed in mid-August.  Customer solution - three-piece VALO VL521T ball valves made of 1.4408 material with threaded connection and manual operation were supplemented with OMRON end position sensors. Due to the more demanding conditions, a robust version of the sensors in an aluminium housing was chosen.
