INLINE SAFETY VALVES IDV™

BS&B Safety Systems introduces IDV™ safety valves, self-acting valves that function in principle like traditional safety valves but in an in-line design instead of the traditional angle body configuration. The in-line design allows the IDV™ to offer up to three times the flow rate of conventional relief valves. The flow moves without changing direction and without the same level of turbulence inside the valve that occurs with a conventional relief valve, significantly increasing the flow through the valve. The valve can be mounted in both horizontal and vertical positions, increasing the flexibility of the design. The set pressure levels are independent of back pressure and are suitable for variable back pressure applications. The valve can be combined with a safety diaphragm integrated at the inlet and/or outlet of the valve. The combination of a relief valve and relief diaphragm has many benefits resulting from isolating the valve from normal process conditions, including optimum leak tightness, increased operating pressure, extended valve life and reduced valve maintenance.

EMERSON ROAD SHOW 2023

During this year's Roadshow, we met with our partners at two locations. Presentations of products from the Emerson family were attended by our representatives in two days in two places: on 17 May in Slovakia in Nové Mesto nad Váhom and on 18 May in Brno, where Mr. Zbyněk Chupík and Mr. Ivo Mikulec Jr.

VALO BALL VALVES ASSEMBLIES WITH ACCESSORIES

VALO ball valves type VL521 are very popular among customers. This valve has a wide range of applications and belongs to the basic VALVE CONTROL range. It is primarily designed for automation, but its design also makes it ideal for manual operation with the possibility of installing additional accessories. In May, we delivered several dozen welding ball valve sets with TOPWORX limit switches for a foreign project.
