END POSITION SENSORS PCR3SVAZLEDRG

A new addition to the ROTECH SYSTEMKOMPONENTEN product range. The compact PCR3SVAZLEDRG end encoder box with LED optical display. The box contains two electromechanical position sensors used to signal the end positions of valves operated by quarter-turn pneumatic actuators or manually. Compared to the standard version of this encoder (PC3SVAZ), the supply voltage is only available in a 24V DC (20...30V DC) version with electrical connection via an M12 connector instead of a cable gland. The box is suitable for an ambient temperature range of -25 to +85°C

SAFETY VALVES VYC 385-395

New safety valves from Spanish manufacturer VYC Industrial suitable for gaseous and liquid service media up to 70 bar. The valve functions as an automatic pressure regulator activated by static pressure at the valve inlet. The valves are available in 3 designs EP / AP / ES and two material options in stainless steel or carbon steel.

REALIZED PROJECTS

BALL VALVES WITH VALPES ELECTRIC ACTUATORS 
Continuation of a project for our customer in the food industry. In November, we added another set of automated valves to this project. This time it was polished stainless steel ball valves with dairy thread to DIN 11851, operated by VALPES VRX series electric actuators.

3-ECCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVES WITH PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS 
In our plant in Nivnice, the final customer acceptance was carried out in December in conjunction with tests of VANESSA 3-excentric butterfly valve assemblies DN150 to DN300 in pressure class PN63. The dampers were equipped with BIFFI pneumatic actuators and a complete control system for ON/OFF function. After successful tests, packing and dispatch followed immediately.
