ASCO REDUNDAND SYSTEM ARCS

The ASCO ARCS (ADVANCED REDUNDANT CONTROL SYSTEM) series is a specially designed, redundant solution for safety shut-off valves, available in 1oo2, 2oo2 and 2oo3 configurations. The aim is to ensure maximum safety and the possibility of inspection and repair without interruption of operation. The redundant ASCO ARCS 2oo3 solenoid system combines the advantages of the 1oo2 and 2oo2 systems to achieve a high level of process safety and reliability. TESTING A NEW RANGE OF PEKOS - TOP ENTRY BALL VALVES

FIRESAFE TEST

Tests of the new type series of ball valves, which comply with the standards EN ISO 10497, EN ISO 17292, ASME / ANSI B16.34, API607, API6D, API608, API6FA, BS5351, BS6755-2, DIN 2470-2, TRB801.45, are performed on a closed a ball valve filled with pressurized water. The ball valve is completely closed during the test and placed in flames with a temperatures ranging from 750°C to 1000°C for 30 minutes.

CRYOGENIC TEST

The test according to BS6364 is performed at a low temperatures up to - 196 °C. Applies to valves designed for cryogenic operation from DN15 up to the maximum size.

REALIZED PROJECTS

EUROTUNEL PROJECT

We participate in deliveries for railway car technologies that provides transport under the English Channel. In February, we sent the first part of the project to Eurotunnel. Specifically, 166 pieces of OMAL centric butterfly valves  with single-acting pneumatic actuators.
